We are thrilled to present our ongoing project, a remarkable two-storey and part single-storey house extension in Berkshire that is set to transform our client’s home into a spacious and modern living space. Our team of skilled professionals is working diligently to bring our client’s vision to fruition, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed.
The primary objective of this project is to add an additional bedroom with an ensuite, along with a utility room and a generously sized kitchen/living area. To achieve this, our team of experts has installed five large steels, strategically placed to provide structural support and create a seamless integration between the existing and extended areas.
One of the standout features of this project is the stunning herringbone flooring, which will be installed throughout the entire ground floor. This classic pattern adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the space, further enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
To maximise natural light and facilitate a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors, our team will be installing three-pane 6.5-meter sliding doors. These expansive doors will allow an abundance of light to flood the interior while providing an uninterrupted view of the outdoor surroundings. In addition, two flat roof lights will be installed to further enhance the natural light penetration and create a bright and airy atmosphere.
As part of the project, we are also excited to install a Howdens kitchen, renowned for its exceptional quality and functionality. The kitchen will be designed to meet our client’s specific requirements, incorporating stylish cabinetry, modern appliances, and ample workspace to create a culinary haven that is both practical and visually appealing.
We understand the importance of outdoor living spaces, and therefore, a new 50m2 patio will be installed. Our team will meticulously design and construct the patio, ensuring a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors with an infinity floor design. The result will be a stunning outdoor area that provides an extension of the interior space, with no trip hazards, creating a safe and inviting environment for relaxation and entertainment.
